A middle of the 19th century Victorian mahogany dressing box.
The box has an inset brass decoration to the lid and a brass keyhole escutcheon.
The interior is fitted out the red velvet and leather, a lift out tray with lidded compartments and a manicure set.
The box has two cut glass perfume bottles and on the underside of the lid a correspondence storage folder.
The box is in good condition with a working lock and key. (Circa 1850)
