A middle of the 19th century Victorian high sided papier-mâché bowl or bread basket.
The bowl has serpentine shaped sides, a square top edge and is decorated with hand painted ivy covered cyclamen (cyclamen hederifolium).
The bowl is in original condition with some rubbing and very minor cracking. (Circa 1860)
