Victorian Porcelain Dessert Ware

A mid 19th century Victorian eight piece porcelain dessert set.

The set comprises of six plates and two different sized comports.

The centre of each plate and comport is decorated with hand painted flowers.

The plates have a shaped edge with a pink border and gilt decoration.

The comports are decorated the same and have a baluster shaped stem and a domed foot with the same pink and gilt detail.

The eight pieces are in good condition but have no maker's marks or flower descriptions. (Circa 1840)
